Uncooperative reception desk, denied checkin saying they dont accept online bookings, room was too small and congested, too dirty room, bed size very small, no geser in washroom, dirty washroom, no lift facility, no proper connectivity for transport, no proper road access.

A beautiful hotel, very helpful and courteous staff. the breakfast was very good. clean and comfortable rooms. the sleep quality in the room was very good. modern bathroom facilities. overall it was a very good experience.

The management and staff were extremely friendly. efficient and pro active. the room was fabulous and we also loved the breakfast. our stay exceeded our expectations and we will return if back

Literally amazing, the bed is great, the bathroom is fantastic and the service and location are also wonderful. the food is so so great too . i originally booked 2 nights here but quickly upped my stay to 10 days!
