1 AverageThe rooms were not clean. charged for water which was already included in the amenities shown. locks were not working so couldn't lock the main door. there were ants everywhere on the bed. wifi was not working when confronted. no provision for hot water.Mrunal Desai, 26 Feb

3 GoodWe booked 2 rooms for 5 people 3 in one and 3 in another which was clearly mentioned when we spoke to the fab hotel representative and they said it will be done. when we visited the property the owner wanted to charge extra for the 5th person seperately.Aditya Mirashi, 23 Feb

1 AverageI thoroughly had a disappointing experience here. from the moment i arrived, i was met with numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues. the pillows were stained, and the walls were dirty, with spider webs in various corners. the wardrobe was unclean, and there was significant water seepage on the walls. the washroom door lacked a knob, and the toilet pot was broken, making it difficult to use the facilities. to make matters worse, there was no hot water supply, and the taps were not functioning properly. the room had a persistent bad odor, and i even found bed bugs in the bedding. overall, my stay was far from pleasant. the hotel's lack of proper upkeep and cleanliness made for a regrettable experience. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these serious issues are addressed and resolved.Saurabh Sarkar, 12 Aug
