1 AverageWe booked 2 rooms. the reception area was dingy and smelly with a poorly maintained fish tank. the common area had toilet brushes and used sheets lying on the floor. there's no restaurant nor facility in the room to make a cup of morning tea. the rooms were dirty, the sheets and pillow covers were dirty. the soap dispenser was not working in one room and the other had paper stuck in it. the bathroom and commodes were not cleaned properly. the bathrooms had no shelves to keep toiletries. the flush tank n pipe was leaking. the location is near the railway track and passing trains disturbed our sleep. i wouldn't recommend a fabexpress hotel to anyone.Mira Madhavan, 14 Jul

1 AverageWe had the worse experience of our life. worst hotel for married couples and family. first of all it was located a bit interior where you will get no food options. they had a menu card from kitchen but almost all the options from the menu was unavailable. there was a mess nearby from where we packed our dinner. coming to the stay, the entrance only will give you a negative vibes. the rooms were really small in size and was not clean at all. wash basin was so dirty that you won't be able to use. we experienced load shedding quite a few times. staff behavior was also rude. overall a very disgusting experience. pls don't stay at this hotel with family.Uttarayan Banerjee, 17 May

4.7 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 24 Dec
