Dear oscan and fab management, i hope this message finds you well. i am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel and to request a refund for the dissatisfaction i experienced. during my stay on [date], i encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience: unclean room: the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. the room appeared unkempt, which made it uncomfortable for me to stay. lack of hangers: there were no hangers available for my clothes, which caused inconvenience as i had to keep my clothes on a chair. reckless staff: i found the staff to be inattentive and unprofessional, which added to the overall dissatisfaction of my stay. due to these issues, i stayed for only about 5 hours before deciding to check out. given the circumstances, i kindly request a refund for the duration of my stay. i appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.
