How do I create a booking through FabHotels ?

You can book a Fabhotel simply through the FabHotel app, or through our website (www.fabhotels.com) or by calling us on our 24X7 Customer Helpline on 7042424242. Android users can download the app from Play Store and iPhone users can download the app from App Store

What are the valid ID proofs that I should carry ?

You need to carry a valid government issued address ID proof with photo and address not in the same city as the hotel. Some of the valid id proofs are: Voter ID Card, Valid Passport, Aadhar Card issued by government of India, Permanent Driving License. PAN Cards are NOT Valid as ID Proofs

How do I check the status of my current bookings ?

On the homepage of the FabHotels website, login and hover over the "My Account" section on the top right and Click on "My Bookings" and know the status of your booking. On the App, you can go to the "My Bookings" section to view the status of your bookings. You can also call on our Customer Helpline number to know the status of your booking.

What are the standard check-in and check-out timings?

Our standard check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 11 am. However some properties may have different check-in and check-out schedule. You can view the same in the"House Rules" section in the Hotel listing page on website and just above the check-in and check-out dates in the Hotel listing page on the app. Early check-in and late check-out both are subject to room availability at the hotel.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by calling our Customer Support helpline on 7042424242 or through the “My Bookings” section through the FabHotels app or website (in case the booking was made directly with us).

What is the cancellation & refund policy of FabHotels?

If the booking is cancelled: More than 24 hours before check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION 0-24 hours before check-in date: 1 night cost will be charged as cancellation fee. Refund shall be initiated within 5-7 days of receiving the request and the payment would be credited in the FabHotels Wallet linked with the phone number of the user who made the booking.

What happens if I do not cancel my reservation and do not turn up at FabHotels on the arrival date?

Such a case is termed as No Show. In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

How to change my account information?

You can update the details in your account by following the below steps based: Website - login using your mobile number or social login and go into “Profile”, fill in your desired information and click on save. Android - Click on menu button, select “Edit”, change details and save.

Are there facilities to store my luggage in the room?

All our rooms are furnished with cupboards to keep your luggage. Some of our rooms have safety locker facility as well.

Do I get parking space in FabHotels?

Parking may be available at some of our hotels. For information about a specific hotel, please check the hotel information page for exact details.

Is extra bed provided in all rooms? Is it included in room tariff?

Extra mattress can be arranged for in most of our hotels at extra charge. This is subject to the maximum permissible occupancy for the given room category.

What are the various payment modes available while booking via FabHotels website?

You can make payment via multiple avenues such as credit card, debit card, wallet or net- banking. There is also an option to pay at hotel directly.
