The hotel manager and his staff make the gust feel comfortable and the rooms are very and neat.they provide service is absolutely good.worth it
It was a very nice place. The staff approached people politely, and everything was safe and well maintained. Electricity, cleanliness, and facilities were all good. I recommend everyone to check out FabHotels — it’s one of the best.
Very good rooms, peaceful location and very courteous staff service
THEY ALWAYS SERVE WITH A SMILE This makes it a very cosy staying experience! It's home. It makes you feel like it.
The whole team is very good. Special mention to Shakti sir and Akshay sir For their cooperation and hospitality.
I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel in Hyderabad. From the moment we checked in, the service and overall condition of the property were far below expectations. We booked through fab and paid extra for early checkin. When we reached the hotel they refused to give us room and staff told there is only premium room and we need to take it. The room was not clean when we arrived. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. It felt like customer service was not a priority for them. The facilities advertised online did not match reality. Several things either weren’t available or were in poor condition. For the price we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad, and I definitely won’t be staying here again
I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS FOR THIS, THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE, MISSED MY MEETING BECAUSE STAFF FORGOT TO PUT TOILETRIES, HOW COULD I GET READY? THE WORST EXPERIENCE, BREAKFAST WAS COLD AND SERVED VERY LATE, FRAUD PROPERTY FRAUD RUNNING BY FABHOTEL TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE FOR 7-8 TIMES, CALLED HOTEL MANAGER 20-25 TIMES, STILL NO SERVICE PROVIDED, PLEASE AVOID TO STAY HERE, THEREARE MANY MORE GOOD PLACES NEARBY
It appears this property has a vision for quality, but the execution is failing at the most basic level. The service staff was rude, unprofessional, and incapable of resolving issues. Combined with a significant pest problem and poor sanitation, the experience was substandard. Management needs to address cleaning and service training immediately to prevent constant low ratings.
The rooms are so dirty. It’s not as shown in photos they share while we are booking. And early morning there will be no hot water to take a shower. I really don recommend this hotel for anybody. Very bad room. Not at all hygiene. Worst bathrooms.
Very poor experience. The staff was rude despite rooms being available. I was asked to pay an additional ₹300 for a 10 AM check-in, even though Fab had clearly confirmed there would be no extra charge. Basic facilities were also lacking — drinking water was not kept in the room and was provided only after asking twice. The room phone was not working, and the kitchen contact number provided in the in-room menu was switched off when I tried to place an order
