"In today's day and age, clean sheets and clean pillow cases should be the bare minimum expectation when staying at any hotel and it is a woeful display of poor service when these simple attributes become a secondary consideration.. Whilst this hotel had the location convenience I required for the work I needed to do, it was not a place I wanted to race back to at the end of the day.. Dirty walls, inadequate bathroom facilities hard mattress should not be the norm no matter what the cost. Raise your rates and fix the issues is my advice as you are doing yourself and potential future customers a disservice if you dont.."

Rooms were closed for months so it was smelling really bad. every room was closed for months. Rooms have multiple leakage. Dinning place was not clean. Beds not clean . Bathroom were not clean. We struggled there a lot. I have all the photos of the rooms for proof"

"NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! I booked this hotel through booking.com and paid half amount at the time of booking to get confirmed room. Upon arriving at the hotel at 1 am at night, the manager had the audacity to tell me that the hotel is fully booked and there are no rooms available, even when I had PAID IN ADVANCE. He was such a shameless fellow that he didn’t even bother to get up from his sofa to talk, let alone apologise or make an arrangement. The room that they provided ultimately was also dirty. Bedsheets are kot washed. There were strands of hair everywhere. Pathetic experience. Never go to this hotel ever. I will file a case against Oyo and this hotel in consumer court for charging money and refusing to provide services."

"It is located in Tingre Nagar which is at a distance from Viman Nagar. The room was fine. They provided good food at a reasonable price. They did not provide complimentary water bottles. They give rooms on an hourly basis. The stay had a lift. The room consisted of cupboard, AC, fan, geyser. I had to ask for a blanket separately. It had a huge toilet and the shower was always enjoyable."

The key of the proposed alloted room was taken by someone who was gone to some other place... During the one hour delay, they didnt noticed that..... So, what i found in morning.. the lift is switched off and no one taking up the call in reception. Thus have to carry all luggage from 3rd floor to ground d floor. - Such a nice and beautiful stay..."

"First and foremost, they are cheaters. I booked this hotel through OYO, but upon arriving at 12:30 AM, the owner told me, "You need to pay extra to me and cancel the booking." He even used my phone to call OYO and cancel it. I had no choice but to pay extra due to the late hour. Now, coming to the condition of the room—one word: scary. The floor was sticky, bugs were everywhere, no room service, the AC was broken, bed sheets were unclean, and the toilet was filthy. Bugs were crawling out of the wash basin pipe and roaming on the toilet seat. It was a horrible experience. My suggestion: Please find another hotel."
