FabHotel Royal Palace Inn

This was my first experience booking through fabhotel and it likely would be the last one. fabhotel is kindaa scammy. if i talk about this particular property they had leaky flushes, unclean laundry (bedsheets and pillow covers) and the staff seems slightly lost. clean bedsheets became a huge issue for us honestly. and then they do not have water supplied for their guests, no filter nor do they offer bottles, if you want water it's always for a charge. the property isn't very well kept, we saw dirty/moldy walls in more than one room... and the overall feel is kindaa very 2 star. so that's what i give them. but seriously fabhotel seems like they are running a scam. we talked and discovered at another place that they would knowingly overbook and then send guests to another property refusing to refund their money. they tried to charge us more than the amount it should us while booking (stating something about a penalty) and it isn't easy to get hold of customer care to sort that out... yeah, the feel overall for fabhotel is kindaa scammy

All fail !!! not a reliable & honest hotel. they switched off the lift for all the time and says work in progress. you have to pay extras to service’s which is extremely free at other hotels. bathroom are in very bad condition, leaking taps, hot & cold water problems. this is really not for stay with family. no wifi working. no tv working. only for gf & bf for hourly basis. don’t ever book it !!!

My experience at fabhotel royal palace inn was highly disappointing. the employees were arrogant and unhelpful, which made the stay unpleasant from the start. the rooms were poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. the tv and wi-fi were not functioning, which was frustrating for a traveler like me. the food ordered was clearly sourced from a cheap hotel and did not meet even basic standards. shockingly, the hotel failed to provide a complimentary water bottle, something even budget hotels typically offer. when requesting a paid bottle, they charged ₹25 instead of the standard ₹20. overall, this hotel failed to meet expectations on every front. i would not recommend staying here to anyone. there are far better options available in the same price range.

The staff is very kind and accommodating . the breakfast is good. over all a very good place.

The beds were very comfy.

With a minimal doubt on the staffs behavior found on google. i expected it shouldn't be that case. but unfortunately they were not helpful and restraining services despite the payment. they close out lift and making it difficult for passengers traveling with luggage. and also charge for water overall feedback : hotel cleanliness is excellent but staff behavior and ethics to improve
