Need better improvement in billing department as final bill creation issue was their due to system down so i need to wait 2-3 hours

I stayed in for a night. stay was pleasent here. just an honest review from my side basis what i have experienced. - rooms are pretty ok and sufficient for 2 person - lift is available - location is great very much near to market area and few other spots and dagdusheth temple - parking is there in basement hut quite small and a hassle to park - there is no inhouse kitchen or restaurant so please donot expect any breakfast or lunch or dinner. even if you order which they insist..they get it from the nearby street hotels and street joints. - there was no staff as such just one- two people looking after the property and they take care of your needs if any. please visit here only if you are looking for stay only.

This place is nearly 1.5 - 2 km in range of pune railway station, the hotel is good for staying and for essential and basic needs purpose, the lift is great and most important it is located near all range from city bus to rickshaw stand to all food vendors ( specially all kind of food is available at affordable price range. ) note:- murugan idli street shop gives all range of morning breakfast at reasonable price.

Some of the staff were really nice and helpful while some were way rude to us. we had decided to have the dinner soenwhere else but the staff insisted on getting it from them. since the lunch was good we too agreed but at the last moment they denied saying that from the place that we get is closed. also they were very rude while speaking. there was one aged person at the billing place in the morning , he was gouteous enough and helpful too. hotel needs to have such staff instead of having the young people with indecent attitude.
