No key for the room, heater not working, no ac remote, tv works only with android

Worst experience during the stay..we were not provided with welcome kit,towels,tea bags etc even after multiple requests..tv not working (it turned on initially but won't work further and can't turn off also),ac controls not working..water supply was not there from 8.30pm to 9am next morning..no-one to address the issues at reception and if we call also,no response.

Faced severe issues due to water shortage mainly. also, we were not provided with welcome kits even after multiple requests. tv was not working. ac temperature couldn't be controlled and so on..issues were not addressed even after reporting it multiple times. construction work is also going on in this property. will not choose the property further.

One of the worst experiences of my life.. staff never responds on time, we made multiple complaints but none was resolved.. the rooms weren’t clean asked four times for cleaning them but still weren’t done. we weren’t even provided with the welcome kits and tea bags and condiments even on asking for them multiple times.. no management no cleanliness no support worst experience not recommended to anyone please

Everything about this hotel is good. the rooms, staffs, locations, and service. only challenge is food, the inhouse food is exorbitantly expensive.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
