Room lock broken geyser is not working asking for room change first he denied then after a huge discussion changed the room but the same problem geyser not working. also asking for water he did not give the water bottle. poor service

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.
