I booked three rooms at this hotel around 20 days in advance for an official meeting in gurgaon on april 6th. however, upon arrival in the morning, we were informed by the lady at the reception that no rooms were available. after waiting for an hour, we were told there were still no rooms and were directed to another branch at sector 9.the alternative accommodation provided was far below our expectations. the rooms were of oyo type, had a stale odor, and were in a pathetic condition. it seemed like the hotel primarily caters to couples, which made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy during our stay. overall, the experience was disappointing, and i would advise others to avoid this hotel if possible. the lack of professionalism and the inconvenience caused tarnished our trip to gurgaon. when we checked on google hotel still accepting the bookings for their main hotel. i think this is there regular business to take booking at main hotel and while check in send them to another one.

Rooms are good but service slow feel like 5 star hotel nice feel .

The food offered by hotel is not of good quality, but one can order from his favourite restaurant. the place is good for a short stay.

Terrible experience wont recommend to anyone the staff is least comparative they just try to charge you extra with various kind of excuses they are so rigid and dont understand your situation. i asked for 1 hour late check out as i was there for some work and they said you have to pay 500-1000 and if 1 hour exceed they will charge full day charge. definitely not worth the price. they dont provide soap and towels. linen was not washed properly, washroom was not properly clean, ac was not working and the place has mosquitoes issue

Nothing good except that the allotted room was clean, ac worked. there's no kitchen, no dedicated car parking, breakfast (procured from outside) was bad. nothing good about the hotel. one exception was a boy pawan from nepal who was doing everything.

Worst experience i ever had. i booked deluxe room, instead of giving us deluxe room they gave normal room which was so dirty. i won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. room service is worst and so unprofessional. attached the photo of the room, mirror are broken and room was so dirty and smelling a lot.
