"Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. While the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the overall experience was severely impacted by the lack of basic amenities. The washroom was not cleaned properly, which was a major letdown. The administration was unhelpful and showed no interest in addressing our concerns. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, they refused to provide it, which felt like a breach of their promise. Additionally, there was no proper backup for electricity. During our 22-hour stay, we faced multiple blackouts, at least 4-5 times, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of basic facilities and the poor response from the hotel staff made the stay quite unpleasant. I would not likely recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements to their services and management."

"First of all I wasn't allowed to do early check in, had to wait for more than 1.5 hours despite paying the early check-in fess as requested by the officer online. Secondly the room was very unhygienic, AC wasn't working, TV wasn't working, there was no fan, ceiling was dropping powder, they charged delivery fees ranging from 20-40 rs for delivering food from ground floor to your room. It was not that they had to walk the stairs lift was available."

"Worst stay ever, freakin idiot people operating the hotel, no cleanliness, cockroaches in room, hanger in cupboard broken, charged 2500 for normal deluxe room for 1 night, the reception guy is only focused on taking more and more commission in any way. Don't visit if you are with family."

"I had the misfortune of experiencing the worst stay ever. The service was non-existent, and there were several issues with hot water. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches roaming on my bed. The staff's behavior was utterly unacceptable. The only redeeming quality was the hotel's proximity to Ram Kund and other nearby attractions. Unfortunately, that was not enough to compensate for the subpar experience. The person in charge in the morning (whose name I couldn't recall) was particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating stay. I won't visit here again"

"Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable."

"The room was spacious and fine and the AC was super chilling. But other then that there were many issues like 1. Instead of 24 hours Hot Water it was hot water on request. We had to request the manager to switch on the connection of the geyser 2. Complimentary Mineral water had to be asked for. 1 bottle for 2 persons instead of 2 per 2 persons 3. Cleaning had to be requested otherwise they don't clean the room daily 4. Housekeeping services not available. No one comes to do your bedding 5. Towels given on the first day are not changed even on the 3rd day even after requesting 6. Even with the above issues we are forced to give 5 star rating on Fab Hotels or MakeMyTrip WhatsApp message"

"Apart from the excellent location nothing else about the hotel was good. The rooms were dirty and messy, still had old and used linen. The photos shown by them are misleading. After continuous requests they changed the sheets. The lift and corridors are smelly and dirty. Service is also not upto the mark."
