2 AverageApart from the excellent location nothing else about the hotel was good. the rooms were dirty and messy, still had old and used linen. the photos shown by them are misleading. after continuous requests they changed the sheets. the lift and corridors are smelly and dirty. service is also not upto the mark.Anuraag Kamath, 19 Jul

1 AverageIt was the worst experience. i have booked the hotel and even i have paid online. as soon as i reached the hotel they said that no rooms are available and they have given the same room which was booked by us to another person and they are saying they will shift you to a different hotel at different locations seriously pathetic service. i have my work over there and the hotel which i have selected was near by work but due to the unprofessional behaviour of the hotel i was unable to make it on time. i will never recommend my friends and family to book from your site. waste of time and moneyAbhi Pawar, 25 May

5 FabulousFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianChander Mohan, 13 Sep
