Balaji inn is a great place to stay, offering a comfortable and hassle-free experience. the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and spacious, making it a good choice for families and groups. we booked an ac room for three people at ₹2000, and it was definitely worth the price. the room was well-furnished, featuring a double bed plus a single bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all of us. one of the highlights of our stay was the quick service—the staff was responsive and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. the hotel also provides hot and cold water, which adds to the convenience, especially for travelers. overall, balaji inn offers excellent value for money with good rooms, prompt service, and essential amenities. highly recommended for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay!

During our stay, both the fan and ac were not working in the scorching heat. when i first noticed the issue, i requested a room change, but the staff member insisted that the ac would be sufficient and that we didn’t need the fan. however, the ac wasn’t functioning either, and we struggled in the heat until 1 am, unable to sleep. i had to request a room change again, and only around 1:30 am did they finally switch our room. after that, we were able to sleep. the delay and lack of prompt assistance made the experience quite uncomfortable.

The rooms were ok if you are paying close to 1000/- bucks but day receptionist was very rude arrogant guy. the way he was treating from the start is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional at the highest level. the night receptionist was good guy. even our breakfast was included in the package bug the day receptionist denied by saying we dont have kitchen. in our room flush was not working but we had to stay for a night only so we didnt complaint. most importantly, it is not good for families. they are like oyo where most of the booking is done by bachelors. i hope many would understand what i am saying.

Bad bedsheets, towels, toilets, staff behaviour and what not..

The location does not have enough parking space and finding parking is a challenge here (again depends on the season you are traveling). the rooms were very dirty, the bedding had brown spots, the washroom was dirty, the toilet seat was detached, etc. the website said we can have breakfast in the room, when we asked for tea, they said they do not do that here and asked us to find our own arrangements. however, they did give us a kettle when we asked for it. in conclusion, the place was falsely advertised on the website. the staff was helpful. the rooms are good for individuals travelling and not ideal for someone with family.

I booked this hotel expecting it to be a nice and decent place. but to my utter surprise the place is not at all as shown in the pictures. very shady and dark place. even the flush was not working properly.quite difficult access. and on top of it i had to travel from puddle of water to reach the lift. as it was quite late in the night and i had paid i stayed there and first thing in the morning i did is to leave the place. the manager or staff were least bothered about the service. i won't recommend this place at all.
