"I am quite disappointed with my stay at this FabHotel. The property seems to be flats converted into rooms, and the overall maintenance is poor. Bedsheets and other items were not clean, and there were no doormats in the room. The service was also below average. This hotel is not suitable for families at all, though it might be okay for bachelors. I have stayed at many FabHotels in the past and usually enjoy excellent service, but this particular property did not meet the usual standards. I do not recommend it and hope FabHotels takes immediate action to improve the quality here."

"Worst hotel experience ever... No washroom kit not even handwash available only given Rs5 medimix as washroom kit. No tea coffee kit no electric kettle nothing was there. Only room was provided nothing else. Door mats were also torned, buckets were broken.. it was a pathetic hotel far away from town no food service available.. jst wasted my money... Dnt think I am going to book again from fab hotels... Local hotels were much more convenient nd providing better service than this."

"Such a bad hotel neither the stop is good nor the services some good laundry is not available such a thing it is not working fan is not working friend it stops while moving and falls I shifted to another room but it's not working, there's a bad smell, there's severe dampness, there's no TV, it's such a poor quality thing, it would have been better if you stayed in a Dharamshala instead, at least you'd have got value for your money Talking about refund, the money was not given to your hotel, you had given it to ADOGA, you should talk to him, his behaviour is rubbish, there is no value of anything, this is my booking for two days,but I am checking out and leaving this place."

I booked this hotel in Jaipur for 3 nights and arrived after a 5-hour train journey, only to be told they don't accept international tourists – something not mentioned in the booking details. The staff was rude and unhelpful, leaving me stranded at 1 AM with no accommodation. I had to find another hotel at a much higher cost. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you're an international traveller! I'm following with my complain with booking.com!!"

"I booked all the hotel rooms in advance for my family to stay , still, after numerous time visiting and asking the hotel staff , they informed me that all hotel rooms are in good condition without any defects and problems. At the time of stay , when we took over the room keys we were informed that we have seepage problems in most of the rooms still considering the raining season, we were still fine with that but after entering all the bathrooms were stinking badly as well as in either of the rooms , fans or AC's aren't working , lights were blinking , and some rooms have major issues. Total room alloted during booking 21. And rooms provided on the day of event is 15-16, on which the hotel owners told to shift the other 5 rooms to some other hotel. If I would be knowing this before I would myself booked the other hotel. Experience: zero ( genuine reviews) Fab hotel should actually visit the property before start having tie-ups."
