1 AverageReview: terrible experience! i booked this hotel in jaipur for 3 nights and arrived after a 5-hour train journey, only to be told they don't accept international tourists – something not mentioned in the booking details. the staff was rude and unhelpful, leaving me stranded at 1 am with no accommodation. i had to find another hotel at a much higher cost. i would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you're an international traveller! i'm following with my complain with booking.com!!Hossein Mahmoudi, 16 Sep

1 AverageI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. i was appalled to discover that the hotel provided used toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is not only unhygienic but also a health hazard. additionally, the hotel charged extra for chilled water bottles, which is an unreasonable practice. furthermore, the staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional, which added to my negative experience.Jain N, 9 Sep
