    I was told by the owner of the hotel that we will be provided by the breakfast as we paid extra for that, we clearly informed the hotel staff that we will be doing early checkout that was 9am and we want breakfast at 8am in the morning on the same day that is 19th jan i called the reception at 7:30am on 19th jan to send the breakfast at 8am they told me that yes we serve the breakfast at 8am however till 8:45am breakfast was not prepared we had to check out before having breakfast for which we paid, i want refund of breakfast charges as i have paid for that and i had to leave the hotel without having food for which i paid extra , i want somebody to call me from fabhotels

    Very good stay and courteous staff. areas of improvement: the shower head is very close to the tap and the owner agreed to make the required change. it was extremely cold in the room and the ac did not have a heating function but when we informed the owner, he immediately sent over more blankets so that was very considerate as well. very open to feedback and we really enjoyed the stay.

    It was one of the finest stays across india .one of the best properties fab hotels has.the cleanliness was awsome.the rooftop with the flight view is superb i would prefer to stay here every time i come to jaipur and i would highly recommend this property to anyone who comes to jaipur thank you for the finest hospitailit special thanks to owner who is highly appreciated

    Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

    Had an amazing stay at this place! the room service was great! rooms were spacious and well maintained with all the amenities available! a little far from the main city but totally worth it! the staff was so friendly and nice! loved the breakfast and other meals too! totally recommend the place!

    We got married at 7 th crossing hotel last weekend. from the beginning till the check out the experience has been great. all the staff are well trained, polite, neat and clean hotel, well maintained space. the best part is hospitality, there was not a single complaint from our guests.
