What is the value of each Fab credit?

Where can I see my Fab credit?

To check your Fab credits, log into your FabHotels account using your mobile number on Fabhotels.com or FabHotels Apps and check the "Membership section"

Can my family check my credit?

No. Your credits are linked to your account on FabHotels.com and FabHotels apps. You will need to log in to check your credits.

Can I extend the expiry date of my Fab credit?

No, expiry dates for Fab credits cannot be extended.

When do Fab credit expire?

Credits earned via stays, will expire in 12 months. Other credits credited to the guest, may have different expiry dates.

Can I change my number after the booking?

Yes, you can ask the front desk manager at the hotel during check-in to change the mobile number. However, Fab credits would not be transferred to the updated mobile number.

Can I redeem/use my credits on my corporate bookings?

No. The credits can be redeemed on individual bookings made only through FabHotels.com and FabHotels apps.

Can I redeem/use my credits by calling FabHotels’ customer care?

No. While the primary traveller shall earn credits by staying with us for bookings made through our customer care, credits can be redeemed on bookings made only through FabHotels.com and Fabhotels apps.

Can my credits be only used for pre tax value of the booking?

Yes. Credits earned can be used to pay only the pre tax amount.

Can I use my credits to pay food, laundry bills?

No. Currently, Fab credits can be used while making room bookings only.

Can I use a partial amount of my credits while booking and save the rest?

The Fab credits that can be redeemed for each booking are determined by the system and the customer can choose to redeem these credits for the booking.

Is there a cap on credits usage per transaction/ booking?

A customer while making a booking can use 7% of booking amount(room tariff only) as Fab credits.

What will happen to Fab credits applied to a booking in case of early checkout?

In case of early checkout, Fab credits applied will be recalculated for stayed room nights only, such that it is 7% of booking amount(room tariff only).

What happens to my used credits when I cancel?

  • If the entire booking is cancelled before 24 hours prior to your check- in date, the entire amount used for booking will be refunded. However, Fab credits used will not be refunded to your Fab Rewards account.
  • In other cases of cancellations, no amount will be refunded including Fab credits.
Can I transfer my credits to my family or friends?

No. Currently this feature is not available. We are working on this and will inform our guests when it’s available.

Can I gift someone Fab credits?

How many Fab credits are earned for new user sign-up?

A new user will get 1500 Fab credits on first-time sign-up which can be redeemed on 5 subsequent bookings.
