How do I become a member of the A-List program?

You automatically become a member of the A-List program on completion of your stay with us, provided you booked us through any of the following channels:

  • FabHotels website
  • FabHotels mobile site
  • FabHotels android/ iOS app
  • Bookings made by calling our customer care number
  • Walk in bookings
What are the tiers in the A-List program?

There are 4 membership tiers where a user can be registered depending on the number of bookings or Fab credits in the user account from the time of start of the program. The four tiers in the program are:
Blue: This is the base tier where all the registered users would be eligible. Silver, Gold and Platinum: These three are the elite tiers where the members would be able to enjoy added benefits apart from earning reward credits.

How do I upgrade from one tier to other?

A member would be eligible for a particular tier depending on the number of bookings or the number of Fab credits earned. A member would be eligible for a tier when either one of the above conditions are met.
The new tier would be applicable only 24 hours after checkout from the booking due for tier upgrade.

What are the benefits for a A-List member?

A-List membership comes with a set of exclusive benefits that are available only to the A-List members. Some of the benefits include Fab credits on every booking, Tier wise bonus credits, free high speed wifi among others. For a full list of benefits according to your tier, please check here.

What is the tier review cycle of the program?

A member tier is applicable for 12 months from the day of start of the new tier.
The tier of a member can be adjusted depending on the number of bookings or Fab credits earned in the last 12 months from the day of the start of current tier.

How many Fab credits will be earned per booking?

All guests irrespective of the A-List tier will earn 5% of pre-tax room tariff paid in INR as Fab credits. The guests who are Silver, Gold or Platinum member would earn bonus Fab credits on each booking depending on their tier. e.g. A Silver member would earn 20% extra Fab credits, i.e., in addition, the silver member would receive bonus Fab credits equal to 20% of 5%. Thus, a silver member earns a total 6% of pre-tax room tariff as Fab credits.

Who gets the credits?

The Primary Traveller registered with the mobile number that was used to make the booking gets the credits for the booking.

Who is a primary traveller?

Primary Traveller is the "Guest 1 in Room 1" of any booking - whether single or multiple rooms and whose mobile number was registered while making the booking.

When will I get my credits?

Credits will be added to the primary traveller’s membership account within 0-48 hours on checkout.

Can I change my number where I earn credits, after check-out?

No, credits are credited on checkout. After credits are credited, Fabhotels will not transfer money from one account to another.

Is there any limit to the value of the free night voucher for Gold and Platinum members?

The gold and platinum members will get free night voucher subject to a maximum value of INR 1500 per voucher.

My son booked for me, can he get the credits instead of me?

No. We reward the guest who has stayed with us and not the person who booked. Credits will be added to the primary traveller’s mentioned mobile number on checkout.

I have booked from an OTA (online travel agency), will I get credits?

No. Fab credits can be earned by staying with us only if the bookings is made through eligible channels mentioned. Bookings via OTAs like Booking.com, Cleartrip, Makemytrip, Goibibo, etc. do not qualify as eligible bookings.

Do I earn credits on cancelled bookings?

No. credits are earned on completed stays. If a booking is cancelled or in case of no-shows, credits will not be given for the same.

Can I share credits with my fellow traveller?

No. Only 1 guest - the primary guest, earns credits in the current flow. These credits cannot be split between guests or shared or transferred.

Can I earn credits for my corporate stays?

No. Fabcredits are awarded only for bookings made directly through the eligible channels.

My office admin booked for me, will they get the credits?

No one. Fab credits are awarded only to the primary traveller for bookings made directly through the eligible channels.
