Staff behaviour not good. some rooms had geyser and some didn't. locks where not proper. normal ro water was been given limited. if you order or ask for something money first where there priority. rooms where not clean. bathroom fittings where not working properly. no wordrobe for keeping your clothes. worst experiance ever.

If you are visiting for kashi vishwanath darshan, than it is far away from the temple. location is in remote area. we were asked to park the car outside the compound on the road by the owner. while fab hotel executive told us that parking is allowed.no staff was available to carry the luggage. if you are looking for budget room and willing to compromise onnservice. than you can stay.

For sure not going to avail fab hotel again and will spread among friends and family

If you want to punish yourself and your family then only book this place. it's not a hotel it's a banquet hall with room. there is no resturant in hotel and not even around the hotel. if you think of swiggy or zomato they don't even provide you with plates and spoons. ro is installed in washroom and they provide water in dirty plastic bottles. no arrangement for tea or coffee. rooms are dirty and as soon as night fall they get filled with insects even after turning of the lights. in the name of staff there was a man, shabby cloths mouth filled with gutkha. and a room boy as shabby as he could be. both of them looked like some kind of labourers or rag pickers. if you want your kids, parents or yourself to suffer from loose motions and vomiting then only book this place. and fab hotels should delist this place from their platform. anyone who has given 5 stars or excellent reviews to this property must be paid localities. don't trust them.

It was a horrible experience, it's written in description that there is a in house kitchen, there is nothing there, if you ask for tea or breakfast, they bring it from outside in a plastic bag with disposable plates. no kettle in rooms, no geyser in two of the rooms(we booked four). we had to boil water for tea on stove in servant room. not even a dustbin in any room only 1 dustbin at the end of the corridor for all the rooms. i even saw a mouse in my room which got into my suitcase and it was a hassel to get it out. only the servant was cooperative who allowed to use his kitchen, that too was in bad condition. this is majorly a banquet hall for marriages and not really a hotel. when there is no function at the property, they lent it out for guests posting it as a hotel. in our 3 days of stay 2 days there was some function going on and there was so much of noise that it was difficult to sleep and there was no prior notice. and reviews written for this place are all fake or for hotels in another locations. when pointed out the workers there even said that give whatever review don't fall for it and avoid going there. in our 10 years of travel it's the worst experience.

If you want to have a very bad experience in dirty unhygienic and a room full of insects and flies then you can book this hotel. you will pay amount equals to a two star room but you will get a negative star room. fab hotels must have to check and inspect the property before alloting them the frenchise. actually this is not a hotel this is a marriage garden in which there are few rooms which they are providing as a hotel room. issues faced: 1. very hard mattress. 2. dirty washrooms 3. no toiletries available in washroom 4. lots of insects and flies in the room 5. located inside the streets of a residential colony. 6. around 25-30 minutes distance from varanasi junction station overall not recommended for a stay.
