I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at the hotel. it's frustrating when your expectations aren't met. during our stay at this fabhotel, we encountered several issues that left us dissatisfied. firstly, despite prepaying for two prime rooms, we were provided with one deluxe and one prime room. this was a clear breach of the booking agreement. furthermore, the condition of the rooms was subpar. the washroom door was non-functional, and we were unable to close it, resulting in a lack of privacy and discomfort. additionally, we were not provided with towels until the next morning, which is a basic amenity that should be readily available. the state of the furniture in the room was also disappointing, with noticeable damage. this further detracted from our overall experience. overall, the service we received during our stay was far from satisfactory. it is disheartening to see such poor service under the fabhotel brand, and we would strongly advise against staying here. our experience was marred by these issues, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. this was a truly regrettable experience, and we hope that improvements are made to ensure that other guests do not encounter similar problems in the future.
