Rooms are ok but service is very very poor they not even provide towel, coffee bgad and tea bags and not to provide glass for water and they staff behaviour was too rude i personally suggest not to book these hotel and not to book fab hotels they are fraud

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. from the moment i arrived, the front office manager made me feel welcome with their warm and professional demeanor. they greeted me with a genuine smile, ensured a smooth check-in process, and were attentive to all my requests throughout my stay. the hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms that provided a peaceful environment for relaxation. they offered excellent recommendations for local attractions, provided quick responses to my inquiries, and handled any concerns with grace and efficiency. overall, this hotel offers great value for money. the excellent behaviour and professionalism of the front office manager mr.shaan choudhary, paired with the comfortable accommodations, made for a memorable stay. i will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family. highly recommended!

Rooms are fine for families and location is also ok but issue is of their treatment of guests, they won't listen or entertain your any request, unprofessional and rude behaviour

Checked in to this hotel to find out that it was worst than a guest house. pillows were torn and stained, bed linen, blankets and towels were stained and upon asking for change i got a revert from the staff “ are itna toh chalta hai log aate hai bed pe khana khate hai toh daag toh lagega he adjust kar lijiye” and to add on to this frustrating experience once the check in is done fab hotels doesn’t bother to respond to queries

Rooms, bedsheets and cupboard was very badly maintained. even the corridor we unclean. there was unclean cloth inside the room. room service were not curteous. even your website is not good, i paid twice and i didn't get the confirmation for first time hence paid twice

Bed sheet was not probably cleaned. full of hairs was there. i have raised that concerned to hotel staff but they refused to make it correct. i will not recommend anyone to choose this property.
