Fabhotel lemon grass at chausatthi ghat, varanasi, is decent for a short stay but not ideal for longer visits. the rooms are quite small, and the first one i got had a non-functional fan, with the staff suggesting i use the ac instead. when i requested a change, the alternative room was even more cramped, so i had to adjust. the staff was polite but nothing remarkable. the in-house restaurant was closed as the chef was out of town, so i couldn’t try the food. however, the location is convenient—easily found in the lane opposite pehalwan lassi. if you only need a place to rest for the night and move on, it works, but don’t expect much comfort. conclusion: average.

The location is good, but the rooms are a bit shady, not that good and very small. washrooms are clean but too small. overall a cramped place for the price. service was decent. also this is not a fab hotel affiliated anymore. please fyi.

Not a good experience. the bathroom is not good. also the hotel has only 3 options for breakfast and when complaint about it they told me it’s a hotel’s policy. shitty thing. the executive was reliving me this is a 3 star hotel that’s why this policy. this is hilarious. i am paying wayyyyy more than what this property deserves. not a good experience at all.

Hotel is worst hotel. no one stay there but i have to stay as it was prepaid. room condition is pretty old. geyser and tv doesn’t operate. photographs shared by them are not real. kitchen is not operational which they claim to be working. dust, spider net and cockroaches can be seen everywhere. not hotel for family
