Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Pathetic service, awful location, room is small, bathrooms are tiny without geyser, foul smell from the room at all times, bed sheet, pillow cover are dirty with stains, water leaking constantly from the taps and no one to address any issue.

This is one of the worst properties in varanasi. we went there with family. the location is deep inside the residential area hence you would find it difficult to locate. no parking space. rooms were smelling and had too dirty beds. eventually we had to leave the room within 4 hrs. staff was not helpful at all.. one of the worst decision to book this
