1 AverageStaff was soo rude and the room in pictures were so big and have vent but in real it was soo bad and in proper no kitchen facility no menu was there and only burger and pizza was there and there is no rate list in front of there no room service was there and breakfast was included and it was also soo pathetic just 2 spoon poha and small cup of tea and such a poor hospitality would not recommend to someone and will share this as much as possible you're service and everything is so soo bad like would not come again here such a fraud you guys are doing !!Vipul Jain, 20 Sep

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 21 Jan
