They did not have hot water facility..solar was not working .this is responsibility of owner of property to ensure hot water should be available.if we are paying 3000 rs for one day.. only three rooms had geyser i heard on whole property still staff however gave us buckets of hot water from another room . staffs are very good and hardworking, but i think owners attention is not there in property...

Rooms were good and checkin experience was smooth. i dont knw why people reviewed bad... i took 2 rooms for 7 people. nearest to ujjain station and you can get rickshaw for 20 per person to mandir. everything was good except the lock of one of the room was already broken as we went out and the handle came off but then it failed in the morning when we were outside the room and the reception staff was asking for money for the lock but he then called the owner and the owner was kind enough let it go. overall good experience but somewhat spoilt by the staff. if you dont like noise of buses and cars then dont take room located beside the road and take the opposite side of the rooms as it was quite irritating.

Honestly speaking but it’s true it was very pathetic experience with fab hotel , room was very unhygienic, room condition was not good, tab water was not coming every time i have to call to receptionist, whatever things was mention at time of booking regarding room , nothing was there , no hot water in bathroom, inside room there was to much cockroach’s and other insects, lack of staff availability for resolving issue. i request management to please look into this and it’s really very serious concern for client satisfaction. mangement can recheck with staff and confirm how many times i called for resolving issue, hope i get reply on this soon , if in case i don’t get any response here i gona tweet same experience with make my trip ceo for same……

Hotel condition is totally different from what it looks like in pics. not at all maintained properly. they don't clean the room properly before handing over to guest. staff is ok. food is also not worth. not at all recommended.

Pathetic rooms the ac doesn’t work nor does the tv there are roaches in the room. the washrooms are disgusting. changed room multiple times called customer service and shared the pictures via email but no help.don’t trust the images we got nothing but disappointment after traveling 15 hours and still had to wait outside as they were cleaning the rooms.please refrain from booking rooms from here and also from fab hotels as they don’t help you with these issues.
