1 AverageAs soon as i reached i was told that the staff is not there because of holi. why take the bookings then. the bath towel that was provided was dirty and torn and the food was terrible . god knows who was cooking. for a third floor room the lift was under maintainence for almost half a day. till eight in the morning there was no tea as the cook over slept. i have some pictures that i have clicked which show the state of affairs at the hotel. i had selected this hotel purely on the ratings and i believe they are manipulated. there is no way to escape in case of fire and for the first time in my life i felt afraid staying in a hotel. no more fab hotels for me in future.Rajat Gupta, 12 Mar

4 Very GoodExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Mahendra Singh, 18 Sep
