Worst stay ever in my life. very bad hotel team not at all responding. very bad floor maintains, smelly rooms, bugs on bed, bad washrooms. please improve the hotel maintenance or close it.

Really disgusting stay. we cancelled and went back. will never suggest this hotel to anyone. no cleanliness in room or even hotel. just the worst experience i ever had.

Only the name is white house. the linen is nowhere near white. the best part is the guy incharge of cleaning the room has the audacity to tell me that i should adjust. my good lord. i made a mistake by not checking the reviews before booking. absolute rubbish service.

Room was spacious. ac was working. water heater was working. tv was not working. but there was no proper maintenance. room was not cleaned well. service was worst. lodge is located in a corner and reaching it from the main road is difficult. complementary breakfast was not provided though it was mentioned while booking. when called the reception, no one attended the call too. pathetic service.

Horrible experience: do not stay at this price. i recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. from the moment i entered the room, it was clear that it was pathetically managed. the bed sheets and quilts were unhygienic, showing signs of not being washed for a long time. adding to the discomfort, there was no lock on the bathroom door, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable. the room lacked a tv, which is a basic amenity one would expect at the prices we paid. it was also infested with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. the room was filthy, with cigarette butts and used condoms scattered around. this level of cleanliness is unacceptable and suggests a total disregard for guest comfort and hygiene. overall, my experience at this hotel was horrible, and i would strongly advise against staying here. for the price we paid, we expected a basic level of cleanliness and amenities, which were not met at all. this hotel needs serious improvement in its management and upkeep.
