Beware before booking this hotel, they will ask you extra money on top of booking amount. i booked room in this hotel on arrival they started asking for extra money so i changed my hotel to decent one takling with customer care. arrogant hotel staff.

Fabhotels is a scam! never ever book a hotel through their website. i have never spoken to this many unreasonable people in just a day. absolutely disgusting and a horrible experience. i flagged all my issues and yet they did nothing about it. instead, they talked highly illogically and took the hotel's side.

Please avoid it completely..!! i had my confirmed booking with advance payment. double checked over the call, but when i went there to check in, they refused me and said they don't have my booking. when i called their customer service, i was informed that they have switched my hotel to a different one, without letting me know in any form. no notification at all. the adventure didn't stop there. when i went to the changed hotel, they also refused because they were fully booked. the third one asked to come, over the call and when i reached there, they also refused stating that the last rokm6was taken over. i took around 3-4 min to reach there. moral - don't book fab hotel..!!
