Room was not disinfectisides so that cockroaches were moving there & where. in room bad smell is coming & ac was not running condition.

Horrible experience with this hotel i visited pune to attend a cyber security event and i booked fabhotel only because it was the nearest option. i made the booking for 3 days. p.s. i am attaching the hotel invoice. on the day of arrival, my flight got delayed and i reached the hotel at around 12 am in the night. the attendant checked me in and took the entire payment. the horror story started when i went to my room. the room was full of small cockroaches. they were all over the place including at bed. there was no water in the sink and there was a cigarette bud in the pot. when i informed the attendant about the cockroaches, he said it couldn't be the case as they had done pest control 6 months ago only then i took him to the room and when he saw the cockroaches himself, he said i can see other rooms. he showed me 10 rooms then and it was the same with every room. this is the first time in my lifetime i have seen hotel rooms in this condition. i immediately decided not to stay and booked another hotel. now, the mistake i made was i did not take photographs of the room or make any video.the attendant told me that if i cancel the room before 9 am tomorrow then i will get the full refund. the next morning around 7.30 am i called fabhotel's call centre, one guy took all the details and said that they had noted my side of the story. our ground staff will now visit the hotel and talk to the hotel staff to validate this.this will take some time and they will call me positively before 9 am. i went to the event. i did not get any call. in the event, there were internet jammers and network issues, so i could not call the entire day. in the evening when i came back and again called their call centre, i met a rude guy.he asked me to share the pics. when i asked have your ground staff visited the hotel. he said - yes they visited and there is no such problem. and when i said - did you try to contact me in the entire day to communicate this? to which he did not reply and said we can't do anything now. at most, i could try to refund for the remaining nights that's 1 and that was also the guarantee. the rooms were the worst and the customer support was worse than worst. also, it was written free breakfast but attendant said they do not have any kitchen. i have a horrible experience with fabhotels and now it's up to you to use your own judgement to book this hotel.

The stay at this hotel was not a good experience at all because of the staff behavior and the room we got. the hotel was booked through fab hotels, but the hotel staff asked me to pay directly through their qr code and informed fab hotels that we didn't stay there. the staff wasn't ready to guide us to the room as well. just handed over the key and asked to go upstairs. he said that the 1st and 4th floors have fewer cockroaches, but the 2nd and 3rd have a lot of cockroaches. i asked for a hit to kill insects. it was a horrible stay. the good part was the gated premises. i could park my fully loaded bike inside. not recommended unless an emergency.

I had the absolute misfortune of staying at this hotel, and i deeply regret my decision. from the moment i walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not a priority here. the room was filthy – the bed linens were stained, and i’m not even sure they had been changed since the last guest. the room itself was infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. there were sight of cockroaches crawling across the floor and walls was horrifying.

The pics are deceptive. room size is very small. breakfast money is deducted in advance but they won't give breakfast nor refund. already raised the issue national consumer helpline number. bed was very hard. very far from main market.
