3 GoodThe room is spacious for 2 members, caretaker addresses most of your request. the room i was provided had some bad odour & they didn’t make any effort to provide different room nor sprayed any room freshener. they provide only towels and no soap for bathing. be careful of the cleaning & other shifting noises by the housekeeping staffs during early morning hours (we had this issue during 5am). food & water bottles are available (charges apply). restaurants & nearest metro station is approximately 400m from this hotel. lift is also available.Goku Sunil, 12 Oct

5 FabulousThe access road is a little bit narrow but otherwise a good place to stay when you are on a low budget and can't go for a starred hotel. an ac that works well, fan and light works well the geyser works well. helpful staff. why not a 5 star? because i feel they could have easily fitted an exhaust fan in the washroom...maybe the existing one conked off.David Lourenço, 11 Sep

1 AverageThe place is not ideal for families. we have made the booking directly through fab hotel and paid a token amount of 1000 rupees. we came to the hotel from pune airport at 3am. it was quite not easy to find the road initially; there was no proper lightings on the way. after reaching we asked the receptionist to show the rooms, whom assisted us really well. the problem was the photos provided on the site and the actual one is different. really small room and not properly cleaned. bedsheets seems to be used . the toilets were not clean and it's windows were broken. we really faced difficulty at night to find another hotel room, really not worth the money too. note: they won't return the advance paid too, they simply hangup the call saying "sorry no refund" not preferred for families at all.Minu Anson, 26 Jun
