Pathetically pathetic, don't book this hotel, horrible place and terrible staff, better to stay on road than staying here

Comfortable rooms. great service as is always the case. the staff takes good care to check if you are comfortable. good food

I had a terrible experience with fab hotel booking. i booked a stay in advance at fabhotel prime shourya residency shourya residency, kothrud chandragupta society, but at the time of check in, they cancelled my booking without informing me and shifted me to another hotel of much lower grade fabhotel paradise inn at bavdhan khurd tal. mulshi pune. i had to travel all the way to mulshi. to make matters worse, the rate of the new hotel was significantly lower, but when i requested a refund for the price difference, they refused to refund the additional amount i was charged. this was outright unethical and feels like a scam. this kind of unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable. last-minute changes without prior notice and refusal to refund the difference show a complete lack of customer care. this hotel’s management is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. they ruined my trip and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. i strongly advise anyone considering fab hotel to think twice. this level of negligence and unaccountability is simply appalling. i will never stay here again and will make sure to warn others to stay far away from fab hotel bookings.

Newly renovated rooms, very comfortable.

For a number of reasons, the hotel was terrible. for example, the pillows were old and dark in colour, possibly purchased about five years ago; the bathroom was disgusting, and they might have cleaned it a year ago; and we won't even touch their phones since they are so dirty.
