Disappointing stay – not worth the hassle we stayed at this hotel during our trip to pune, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. the location is about half a kilometer from the main road, but the road leading to the hotel is in terrible condition, filled with stones that damaged our car. i’d strongly recommend avoiding this place if you’re traveling by car. initially, they quoted ₹2200 for the room, but we managed to negotiate it down to ₹1700. the room itself was just okay, and the building seemed decent with some greenery and pleasant music playing in the lift. they had promised a complimentary breakfast, but it was never provided during our two-day stay. to make matters worse, there was no driking water available, which was highly inconvenient. the bed was extremely hard, ruining our sleep, especially after a long day exploring lonavala. additionally, the restroom fan wasn’t working, making our stay uncomfortable. to top it off, the listing on makemytrip showed this place as "majestic rooms," but when we searched for it on the map, it took us to a completely different location, delaying our trip by over an hour. overall, the experience was disappointing, and this hotel needs serious improvements in terms of comfort, service, and accuracy in its listings.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Worst experience ever, front desk receptionist is a extortion specialist, he extorted over 2000 rs saying its a charge for the visitors, we were working on a project and had a visitor, front desk charged us 500 rs for the 1 hour visit and kept insisting that no visitors are allowed after 10:00 pm, when asked to show the rule written in the policy he was blank and started threating us, surprisingly this policy of charging 500 for one hour visitor is not mentioned anywhere from all the booking portal to the internal hotel policy, still we had to pay, we kept asking where is the policy written, he said its my policy pay it else we will not let you leave. on top of it room condition was really bad with the seepage and lizards roaming in the house and bathroom, seepage was really bad in the shared pics, i have been staying in service apartments since 10 years due to working from different locations, but never came across to this bizarre situation ever, front desk guy was extremely rude and threating, my project time was over 3 weeks but looking at this attitude we immediately checked out
