The staff unnecessarily kept asking when is the checkout, as if i was staying without booking. there was no water bottle kept in the rooms, small cockroaches were seen in the washroom and while checking out reception guy had the courage to ask for my phone so that he can write good reviews on behalf of me. all the best for running a successful venture with poor customer service

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. i loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as i can. ))

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.

Worst experience i ever had from outside it looks pretty but yesterday when i went here to order some food for myself the the cost was soo high and the taste of the food was worst whoever is going here to have lunch or dinner please think twice before going

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. could not have been more helpful. excellent rooms which were very spacious. great housekeeping. outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & bustle of city.
