Worst rooms and service. cleanliness and hospitality is pathetic. won't recommend to anyone. they don't provide a/c for the first 3 days and charged 2000/- extra for the extended hours of checkout.

Please don't book fab hotel ... because they give worst services. even masqutos, cockroch are come at mid-night. even light issue is more affected our comfortable.. please don't book hotel.

It was a mess, i mean the cushion cover was dirty and there it was covered with stains. i asked the owner if i could get another room he suggested me one room and he himself came with me to show me the room and when we opened the room i was shocked there were cockroaches moving all around on the bed. i would suggest not to waste money over this hotel rather other hotels are good with the same amount.
