1 AverageExtremely disappointed – not up to fab standards i had a terrible experience at this property, and it was nowhere close to what i expected from fabhotels. the cleanliness was appalling, with visible dirt and lack of proper maintenance. the service staff was unprofessional and completely unresponsive to even the most basic requests. despite multiple follow-ups, no action was taken, making the stay incredibly frustrating. i never expected such a substandard experience from fabhotels. please disassociate from such properties that fail to meet your usual standards—it’s damaging to your brand reputation. definitely not recommended!Anshul Pandey, 21 Mar

1 Average"my recent stay at what was branded as a 'fab hotel' was anything but worst. while the initial impression might have been okay, the reality of the experience quickly deteriorated. unfortunately, i encountered a series of significant issues that made my stay extremely unpleasant. * infestation: * the most disturbing issue was the presence of numerous cockroaches in my room. this created an unsanitary and deeply unsettling environment. * accessibility: * the absence of a lift was a major inconvenience, particularly for those with mobility challenges or heavy luggage. * climate control: * the air conditioning was inadequate, resulting in uncomfortable temperatures within the room. * hygiene: * to compound the problems, the provided blankets had an unpleasant odor, further compromising the room's hygiene. i would strongly advise guests to consider alternative accommodations.Naveen K S, 19 Feb

1 AverageI would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. the service was nonexistent, and basic necessities were lacking. the bathroom and main door had no locks, and i had to request one just to secure my luggage. the room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and they did not provide even a basic water bottle. additionally, the bed looked completely different from what was shown in the online photos, which felt misleading. overall, it was a disappointing experience, and i would not stay here againRahul Solanki, 11 Feb
