5 FabulousI had travelled to pune for my work and stayed at hotel fabhotel aakiyo, and i must say i it's a very comfortable and safe option to stay in baner, near westport and amar business zone. the best part is the staff is very humble, owner prakash ji cooperates to his best and food you get is simple homely food. i will recommend it as a budget option to stay in baner without any pump and show of other hotel.Govind Mishra, 27 Feb

1 AverageVery unreliable!! i made a reservation on agoda for three nights at fabhotel aakiyo in april 2024. the payment was made online. upon my arrival i was told by the manager that my reservation was shifted by agoda to some other hotel the day before my arrival. i was told they don't know to which hotel my reservation was moved, but it was done by agoda. he said that if i wanted to stay at their hotel, i could do so for an upfront payment (even though the payment was already made online). after reaching out to agoda help center, it turned out that my reservation was very much intact in their system, nothing was shifted. the manager's explanation to agoda help center was, that since the hotel was overbooked they could not accommodate me. the whole thing looks like a non decent trick on the part of the hotel's management. probably the manager saw an opportunity to make some extra money on a foreigner customer, therefore he came up with the story of shifted reservation by agoda and an offer to pay upfront. so before booking a room here, consider the very feasible possibility that upon your arrival you will find your reservation cancelled without an advance notice, and you will have to arrange your stay from scratch.Miki Meiler, 26 Apr
