"Pro - Helpful staff , value for location , one of the center place property , safe for family Corns - Water Problem . We checked in at property around 3 pm and water was availabled by hotel around 8 pm . I visited twice another hotel for urinals . Discussed with Staff - they said today is thursday, lodsheding in Lonavala so they could not able to refill the water tank . Later on late evening when kiosk started by other PAX .. staff arrange water tanker and refilled it to tank. Note - call them before check in regarding water. TV ( tata sky recharge ) was show peace in the room.. Bring your own towels. Hotel provides very old towels. No bath soap provided . There is no shop near by property so toothpaste, toothbrush, bodysoap , sanitary pads need to in travelling bag before check in ."

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge.
