The hotel is very dirty and not recommended for families and anyone. very bad experience. wall, room, washroom was so dirty that it was not even cleaned. not recommended at all. cheap hotel with bad quality of facilities

I booked a room and due to some issues had to.cancel the dates mr aditya from the hotel took the booking and advance..by gpay ita been 6 days and my refund amount is still not been cleared. when repeatedly i am calling ..only whatsapp messges are sent be careful when booking directly here..

Heavily overcharged for single occupancy. lot of cockroaches inside. bathroom beds room are not worth rs 7500/- get to understand single occupancy is rs 5000/- and i was charged 7500/-

The rooms are not at all.like the ones shown on website. i was totally.misled. the rooms are small and need total renovation. the furniture is worn out . the linen provided was not clean. the airconditioning has no controls. it was quite cold inside being winter.the blankets were insufficient. there is no lift in the building as construction is only now.ongoing. the toilets need urgent renovation. the tiles, washbasin, wc is stained . the water flows all.over the floor. there is no.kitchen and all food is brought from outside after a substantial.time gap. the food gets cold naturally when it reaches the room. the room is a box when door is closed as it has no windows. the price charged is exorbitant for the facilities provided and i demand a refund for being misled by the photographs. i thought fab hotels was a reliable.partner and went ahead with the booking. i was totally shocked with the experience and would avoid in the future.

It was a totally disappointing stay with dusty rooms, dirty linen, rickety ceiling fan, broken electrical fittings and no hot water in the bathroom after 8 am. i would not recommend this hotel for stay even to my worst enemy. please stay away from this hotel.
