FabHotel Imperail House

Dear fab team, i would like to bring to your kind and urgent attention following points that have caused great discomfort to me at hotel imperial house at prayagraj. - when i arrived at 3:00 am at night, i was informed that since the deluxe room is not available and they are upgrading me to a premium room - pls see the pics (attached) of the furniture and bathroom of this premium room - despite calling and informing the reception (at least 10 hours before my late night arrival) i did not get an electric kettle - after many requests when i finally did get electric kettle, i was given paper cups to drink hot water!!.pics attached - in the morning, i was informed that the geezer of the premium room is not working.the have asked me to heat the water in the electric kettle!!! - i was also informed that the promised new room is also not ready - in the bathroom of the premium room, there is no window!!!.its freezing cold inside the bathroom!! - the smell of the dirty water ducts creeping into the room is simply over-poweringits so smelly that its like breathing in a trash-yard!!! i feel that this is not just the carelessness of the hotel owner it is also the carelessness of fabhotels team. clearly, fabhotels team does not have any idea about the ground-realities and the torture that clients like us have to face. i cant understand why and how fabhotels has selected this hotel!! my humble and urgent request is that i should be shifted to another fabhotel or money should be refunded back to me. if i dont receive any support then i shall be forced to take extreme action that could not only damage the brand of fabhotels but also invite strict legal action.

Experience was good, only thing is maintenance is mandatory. apart from this keep telephone in room for any room service. have kitchen.

Furnitures are also broken,too much uhygenic rooms.

It's a residential building converted into a terrible hotel!

Had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay at the hotel. this hotel made our jaipur vacation a hit!

I like the professional staff and very helpful too. room was amazing and very clean and noise free. food was good.
