Very bad experience ,rooms were not clean ,no ventilation . filthy smell of cigarette all over . even no geyser .when asked they arranged hot water in a bucket that too after an hour of repeated reminders .won’t recommend at all

This was our worst experience staying in a hotel. stinky room, bathroom had a leaking roof, bed was horrible, etc. will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked @ rs 2500 for a day for 25th aug24(booked hotel cosmos , at the location it was different i.e. hotel cosmopolitan); the picture & details mentioned in app were skyhigh,booked with 20% advance.the so called hotel it was a 3rd category banquet hall with 1 man seems to be receptionist sitting with full mosquitos unwantingly shared by us also.we asked for refund but after lot of arguments it was told that same will be reversed after 24 hrs but not recieved till date. only 1 servant who arguing with receptionist to call another chap as his duty was over.just like dharamshala ,.not at all recomebded for even 1 day, without cost also.the other persons with whom the attendant suggested were fraud.
the owners should refund our advance & shut down this dharamshala so that visitors time & money is saved.local authorities also should intervene & help.

Fraud service
customer service is worst, i booked a reservation of 1 nights for a room but something came up so i had to cancel the reservation, while it was only a reservation i still didn't got any refund. cancellation policy did not mention anything about not giving any refund when i contacted customer service, a same person kept answering and delcing my calls and refusing to provide me refund they kept saying that its in our cancellation policy that you can't refund before 24 hours although the booking was reserved for 27th may and i cancelled it at 26th may
that's straight up fraud business.

Location of hotel is very good - railway station is only 1.5kms away and there are couple of great restaurants right next to the property. however, rooms are a bit stuffy and without windows. toilet of one of the rooms was not clean and required multiple followups to get it cleaned. what was really bad is a fake 5* review posted by someone from the hotel on our behalf - still trying to figure out they managed to pull it off. free breakfast was served in room and only alu parathas with yoghurt and tea.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
