Selected this hotel for location and reviews. location is great going to or coming from the airport and you need a close place to sleep. room and bathroom are clean. staff are generally helpful and friendly, bedsheets are clean but not spotless. no 5 star rating because 1. all stay no water for shower, tap and toilet. could not flush the toilet 2. breakfast came late. this staff member had no change money and kept repeating he wanted something in hindi. he speaks only hindi, me zero. i came r4 short on the bill lacking more coins. finally he pointed out repeatedly and persistently he wanted 30% as tip. yes, breakfast was at 6 am, but when pushed like this, i lose all compassion. sorry.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and peaceful. the check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. overall, an amazing experience, and i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.
