Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. food also is good.

Staff is very rude and not responding properly. photos are looking good.but rooms are bad. they are charged the breakfast amount even we have cancelled before 24 hours. my suggestion is don't book this hotel in online. online people only responsible till you are confirming the booking. after that they are not in view. the staff didn't have commen sense. they are not provided hot water properly in time atleast for children. i have stayed 2 days. they will show online lot of facilities but there is no proper facilities. no lift. nobody will respond in reception in night time. they had put uncleaned bed sheets. they have changed when we are asked. only tv is there. no kannada channels.they have not recharged even after we asked. don't became foolish by seeing photos in online.

Staff was dont know how to behave to guest and their room service is terrible. atleast they dont after room service, they should be provide a towel. but everytime we need to ask them for towel.
