1 AverageI booked it via booking.com and found that, 1) wifi was not working, which was main requirement as i was to do office work. 2) no geyser, no hot water. 3) i decided not to check in, and was told when supervisor will put no show, i will get refunded. 3) iam yet to get refunded for this wasteful stay and expenditure.Vivek Shamraj, 23 Jan

1 AverageI booked this hotel as a transit stop on my way to coonoor. it was one of the worst hotels i have stayed in, they don't have anyone in the reception and for the name same there is a 12-13 year old boy who doesn't even know what we are talking about. the best thing about this hotel is they don't ask for any ids anybody can check-in with your name. the room was the worst thing i've walked into, the bed linens and bedsheets were so dirty that they haven't been changed for days. there's no hot water. i would have given a 0 if it was an option.Imran Ahmed, 15 Jan
