Highly not recommended that hotel to other people who want to visit there , hotel is over priced , can find better property in same price , they don't have even have phone in rooms to call reception , even furniture is very old , rooms looks good only in pics , reality it's totally opposite , when i visit i feel like why i come there , totally waste to book that property , i will give zero rating for that !!

I stayed for 2 nights, breakfast was home made and taste was ok. room bed sheets and blankets are average.room not cleaned everyday. electrical sockets,tv and satellite receivers were not functioning

Good descent homestay located just off the city centre. stayed here in first week on may. just seven rooms in the property. we were lucky to arrive a little early and got the big room facing the city. if you travel a lot, rooms are very basic but good enough for a good 2-3 night stay. two full time staff is available 24 hrs who stay in the property and take care of all basic requirements. breakfast is cooked by a lady and only has two items everyday with t/c. we used to have all other meals in the city restaurants or while sightseeing. sm hospital is very close for any emergencies. vivek and naren at the property were quite helpful. overall, descent budget family oriented homestay. more meals provision and better furniture can make this property better.

I recently stayed at this hotel in ooty, booked through agoda. the location was serene, offering a calm and quiet atmosphere perfect for a good night's sleep. despite the old building, the maintenance was commendable. however, the actual experience fell short of expectations. the photos displayed on the app depicted a much newer establishment, but upon arrival, the reality was different. the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, and the bathroom facilities were subpar. even the breakfast provided was below average. additionally, the lack of professional staff was noticeable. while the peaceful ambiance was a plus, overall, the stay did not justify the price paid. consequently, i cannot recommend this property to others.

I had booked two rooms. rooms lacked ventilation, with old furniture. bed linen could have been better cleaned. ambience was not up to expectation. walls inside room were water soaked due to which it was very cold inside. inside bathroom, drainage tile was broken, water was leaking from bathroom ceiling and always a bad smell from bathroom. upon asking a different room, i was told property is fully occupied. only good thing was dedicated parking, but the space is limited. we paid 25%-part payment to get the rooms confirmed and expected a much neat and clean room. you will get much better room at this price.
