Tv was not working. staff rudely informed me that recharge is not done thus no channel is available. complementary breakfast was included in the booking but they will not provide you unless you call the reception atleast 50 times. breakfast was pathetic don't include it in the booking.

Pros: clean rooms with functioning geyser and decent wi-fi. polite owner. cons: misleading promises: amenities listed are optional, and fabhotels disclaims responsibility after booking. water issues: only 2 complimentary bottles during check in; additional bottles are chargeable. no ro water maching facility (in other hotels i’ve stayed at, either ro water machines are accessible on every floor) electricity problems: frequent outages; generator doesn’t start automatically and requires repeated calls to reception. poor customer service: staff dismiss complaints casually. payment issues: full payment demanded at check-in despite prior assurance of post-checkout payment. billing difficulties: unnecessary gst details requested by fabhotels with the bill ,provided only after escalating the issue. verdict: suitable for short stays, but avoid booking through fabhotels for extended stays. direct booking with the hotel is a better option.

Good place to stay solo and with family also kind staffs and food arrangements also nice. worthy hotel for spend the money.

Most horrible stay. not even an iota of the luxury or comfort as described on the platform. fabhotel branding was a total failure. example toiletries were not provided in the hotel . on demand provided moisturiser and was asked to buy shampoo from outside . giving place a name of branded hotel is a shame. horrible rooms alloted where the exhaust of the washroom opens inside your bedroom. on demand changed room where the rooms connected with a common balcony for all others a strictly no for couples and zero privacy . in the name of breakfast oily street food after 9am only can be provided . please don’t say it a hotel where at entrance open sewers are running at the gate. since had paid upfront plus the location was walking distance to my work place had to stick to it . further they provide only one bottle of water a day and rest each time you come down to reception and buy it cash . so called hotel is full of foreigner from ukraine russian patients whose keep thier garbage in the alleyway of the hotel . many more like this . i would say it’s a village inn not more than that .
