This is horrible experience with fab hotel. i have booked and paid for 3 star hotel in delhi.one fine morning i got a call from fab that your booking is in current hotel is cancelled and alternate hotel is provided.the alternate hotel "the horizon inn" is c grade hotel and mostly used for prostitution purpose on hourly basis. when i went for check in my room it was already occupied by a couple for two hours and hotel manager mr. maksad asked me to wait for next two hours to check in alternately , i have to accept third grade room which is having seepages and no ac working. he also asked to connect with fab hotel team. i have tried to call fab hotel team but without success.even manager told that they are no more connected to fab hotel.finally i have booked another hotel in delhi and paid rs. 7700/- and got some decent hotel to stay in. i never expected this type of experience. i want fab hotel to refund my total amount of rs. 7949.76/-. my name is suryakant sharma and from pune.
