Last two times i booked they cancelled my room and shift to another place which is very poor condition and unwelled room

The bathrooms were horrible. shower and taps were not working and old. the breakfast they provided was the words that only consisted sandwich. no other options were provided. bedsheets were torn and uncleaned. there were hairs on the bed. the spring inside the beds were pointy and was stabbing me throughout my stay.

This hotel is good by infrastructure. bad by google location and routes to reach hotel. it shows about 6-7 km extra as on august 24. bad by maintenance in side room, washrooms are dirty and stained. it's about 7 kms from nearby metro station but in google search you can get it nearby. service is okay. calm location, no vehicle sounds in the room. water available, it's hard water.. skin gets dry after bath and soap not working in the water. nearby temple.
