Cleanliness in the room was not good. found hairs on the bed. duvet cover was torn.

As the name is you will search whole delhi but will not get this as they are having name ip royal, as the norms were advance payment was taken, tea kettle along with tea kit were also not available i informed reception regarding this and was answered yes but till i vacated the room i didn't got the same, even ordering for tea the payments were made to be cash, when i asked about these i was told that this is our procedure.i really want to warn fab hotels how they are adding such type of hotels in their list.

Shanit is the old name and they have covered the board. now it goes by the name of ip royal hotel (google it !) but still accepts bookings from fabhotel.
i stayed here for 4 nights with family. had booked 2 rooms. rooms are spacious and clean. the location is also good (near to karkarduma metro station). the staff is soft spoken. the service however needs a lot of improvement. had to continuously follow up with housekeeping and other departments where my requests were acknowledge verbally but not addressed immediately or sometimes at all (like room cleaning, water bottle refills, etc.). for food, they stress on paying cash at the time of receiving the order. had to request every time to get us a qr code or accept upi. they do not accept card for food orders.
the breakfast was a disaster for almost all days. they will have 1 thing only along with pathetic veg/cabbage sandwiches and that too, you would not get freshly prepared. the breakfast timing is from 9:00 to 10:30. however, if you reach by 10:00, most likely they would have removed the breakfast and you would have to request them to arrange, which they may prepare or get something from a nearby sweet shop. else, they will make the breakfast (like puri or tandoori paratha) in the start (around 9:00 am) and leave it.. you will have to be content with whatever you get (even if it is hard or cold or both). they make tea at 9:00 and keep it in flasks that do not hold them hot. so, if you ask the tea, they will pour it in a cup and microwave it in front of you.
overall, satisfactory stay. it would have been way better if i had not included breakfast.

This is my last stay here in this property. the morning front desk receptionist (lady) is unprofessional and doesnt have basic attequites to talk and behave with guest. this is really very disappointed as i have been insulted by her. i will never visit this hotel again. totally disappointment. the basic thing which guest deserves is atleast a professionalism. i will never recommend this hotel again. i wish i could give even 0 rating
